Hamish
January 2000 - 2009.11.10
imp. Scotland
Hamish was the 'odd one out' - our ‘orphan’, a bearded X, who was found roaming the streets of West Lothian, Scotland and then brought to Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home. June 2000 we visited the home, found Hamish and I fell in love. Needless to say, he soon became ours, and when moving back to Sweden he was the most important and precious to bring back! In our kennel, he was a much loved, appreciated, calm and fantastic 'socializer' and the one in charge of 'Puppy Play pen'.

O, how can I be blythe and glad, or how can I gang brisk and braw, When the bonie lad that I lo'e best is over the hills and far awa?
It's no the frosty winter wind, It's no the driving drift and snaw; But ay the tear comes in my e'e to think on him that's far awa
